Travelling by car in Europe? As of 1 January 2008, Berlin's inner city has become an 'environmental zone' where only cars that are up to emission standards are allowed access to the inner city. You will need to pick up a sticker from an authorized garage.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 14.50 per 24 hours.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 16.50 per person.
