Our hotel is located in a quiet and central area of the city and all sights - cultural, shopping and financial districts - can be easily reached. We have no hotel parking place but you will receive a free parking permit for the nearby street.

Travel information

By Air:
From Tegel airport:
Take bus 109 directly to Olivaer Platz station. From here it is a 1-minute walk to Wielandstrasse. Turn right and you will see Hotel-Pension Kima.
From Schönefeld airport:
Take either the express train or the S-Bahn train number S9 to Zoolgischer Garten. From there take bus 109, 110 or X10 to Olivaer Platz station, then follow the above directions.
By Car:
- Leave the A100 motorway at the Kurfürstendamm exit.
- From Kurfürstendamm continue straight on until you reach Wielandstrasse, where you need to turn right.
- The hotel is on the left-hand side.

Cancellation policy
|
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 1.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed).
Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
