The apartments are spacious and bright with modern, high quality furnishings. All apartments feature TV and DVD player, wood flooring with underfloor heating, bath and a fully equipped fitted kitchen.
The kitchen's facilities include fridge, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and dishwasher.

Please note that in addition to the reservation confirmation of this website the owner of the apartments will e-mail you within 2 days to provide information on the exact address and opening hours etc. In case you do not receive this information within 2 days please contact the apartment owner immediately.
Guests arriving after 19.00 will be charged an extra fee, depending on the time of arrival. Kindly contact the hotel for further details.
Please note that the hotel also charges an additional cleaning fee at the end of your stay according to your apartment type. Please refer to Room Descriptions for the details.

Cancellation policy
|
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.
